This homeschooling happiness blog for Moms is packed with the best self-help resources and ideas to help you look after yourself so you can look after the children. Homeschooling only truly succeeds when you are happy too – after all, the whole of your children’s future depends on you.

With my homeschool son now at Oxford University and my daughter following an unschooling route I always knew teaching my children at home was the best choice for my children.

That doesn’t stop me feeling pretty down about myself at times. Burn out is a problem we all face.

That can’t be right – and it isn’t right for you either. Teaching your child at home is the most rewarding, fulfiling thing you can do; it’s also scary, frustrating, difficult and isolating for you as a Mom.

You may not even know why you don’t feel happy, especially as you know you’re doing the right thing for your family. This blog will help you uncover the blocks in your path and achieve the well-being, satisfaction and fulfillment you deserve.

I’m building a library of resources to help you:

  • Increase your confidence and self-esteem
  • Become more optimistic
  • Regain a sense of wellness and gratitude
  • Realize how lucky you are to have the life you have

I’ve set this blog up to support the free Happiness Challenge which is built on my previous popular course taken by over 750 homeschoolers.  The Happiness Challenge is ongoing and runs weekly in my Courageous Homeschooling Facebook group where we all help motivate each other.  You can start anytime.

“The Happiness Challenge makes me realize what I am doing isn’t selfish. It’s what I need. And what my children need is a happy relaxed Mom.”
