Morning Habits That Work Wonders For Homeschooling Moms — 1 Comment

  1. It’s only been about a week now, but the benefits are encouraging. Each morning I get up, start coffee and grab my meds. I have a chronic illness where med timing is essential. So, I get it ready along with my coffee and water and morning study guide. I have my favorite spot in the family room that’s made extra special by the glow of holiday lights.

    Once I’m settled I turn on YouTube to the short stretch routine I am doing. Once that’s complete, I flip over to Spotify and turn on whatever genre of music sparks joy that particular morning. Then, I do my studies, check email, answer messages, and prepare for my day.

    This new found quiet time has been a tremendous blessing for this night owl mama. I never imagined I could be rising so early in the morning and ENJOYING it. Everyone benefits from me having this time. I hope nothing happens to change it. The time is pricelesa.
