Happiness Books For Homeschooling Moms
These beautiful happiness books are designed especially for us homeschooling Moms to help us find the fulfillment, confidence and joy we deserve.
Teaching your child at home is the most rewarding thing you can do; it’s also scary, frustrating and isolating for you as a Mom. Sadly that means your happiness can go out the window; burn out is a problem we all face. These inspiring books will help you regain a sense of wellbeing and gratitude and realize how lucky you are to have the life you have.

Homeschooling Happiness Challenge Book
The Happiness Challenge book contains a course of short 15 minute lessons and exercises to transform your confidence and self-esteem.
As a homeschooling Mom myself with my son now at Oxford University and my daughter following an unschooling route, I know that fulfillment and contentment is something that doesn’t happen automatically – even if you know you’ve done the right thing for your children.
I think there’s a danger that you get so wrapped up in answering your child’s needs that you neglect the person who is actually the most important in making homeschool a success – and that’s you.
After all, your child’s future is in your hands.
Maybe you’re the sort of person who can totally immerse yourself in your child’s world and get all your fulfillment from that. However, that wasn’t me – however hard I tried, there were times when I felt lonely, unsupported, anxious and bored. What was I doing with MY life?
I knew that this wasn’t how I wanted to feel.
So I have designed a series of lessons that contain the best self-help resources adapted to homeschooling based on my previous highly successful course taken by over 750 homeschoolers.
It’s a book to help you find the happiness you deserve.

“This is a great, beautifully presented little book reminding homeschooling Moms about the important things in life (like gratefulness, kindness), containing the most valuable guidance (things we can so easily forget in everyday life!) in one place. Highly recommended. We are planning to buy other books by the author too!”

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart.
~ Helen Keller
I love that quote chosen by Bianka (thank you!) – and every double-page spread has an uplifting saying to help you see the best side of things.
If you’re wondering what you would write in your Happiness Journal and how would you use it, Angie has these tips:
“Another thing that’s helped me is to write all sorts of positive quotes, sayings, scripture verses, poems – anything beautiful to give me a lift! Some days I don’t have the energy to get a thing done, so I added a list of cleaning chores, household tips for deep cleaning, etc. and I find that when I get down, if I can just get up the strength to do one thing, I feel a little better, which usually leads to another. Also included are recipes for homemade facial masks and foot scrubs (found on Pinterest). There’s nothing like a little self-pampering to lift your spirits!!” ~ Hugs and love, Angie xx
It’s no surprise that writing in a Journal has been shown to have similar benefits to seeing a counselor.
Every day in my Happiness Journal I start by writing a list of what I have achieved – even if it’s just getting out of bed!
This is one of the lessons in my Happiness Challenge. Come and see what Moms say about their homeschooling achievements and have a peek into Jennifer’s Journal.
